Forestry sector Issue Exchange

The establishment of Natura 2000 protected areas across Europe to help protected vulnerable habitats and bird species should bring about many benefits for Europe's natural heritage and biodiversity. However, the sites could also impact on many stakeholders within the European forestry sector. These stakeholders need to accommodate Natura 2000 protected areas into their operations. To do this presents challenges and issues. By sharing information and best practice, we stand a better chance of overcoming these issues.

Log in*
Go to the Issue Exchange (top level or in a mini-site)
Click the 'Add new issue' link
Complete the form
Click the 'Save' button at the end
To submit the issue to the web manager, click the arrow next to 'Private' on the editing toolbar and choose 'Submit for publication'. Your issue will be reviewed and published.
