Objections to proposed designation of Natura 2000 Sites in particular with respect to pSPAs

I am looking for any case studies where a member state has proposed an SPA designation and following the consultation/appeals process have removed sections of the designation based on the objectors scientific evidence.

Looking for Information on Designation of Natura 2000 sites for Priority Annex I Habitat 1150 Coastal Lagoons (in particular in proximity to airports)

I am looking for European practice and experience in the following ... (1) the designation and setting of conservation objectives for artificial (i.e. man made) coastal lagoons (priority habitat 1150) within Natura 2000 sites; (2) the designation of Natura 2000 sites either within or adjacent to airports (in particular any examples of lagoon sites but any examples would be of interest) (3) de-designation of Natura 2000 sites once they have been fully adopted (are there any examples in member states?)
