During the Natura 2000 Networking Programme (NNP) initiative, a range of case studies demonstrating good examples of Natura 2000 site management were collected and presented on the NNP website. Examples are drawn from 20 countries across Europe. They cover a wide range of habitat types. Collectively the examples describe different management and stakeholder engagement processes. The Natura 2000 Networking Programme ran from 2004-2007 and was coordinated by Eurosite, the European Landowners Organization and the EUROPARC Federation.
